The hotel had an excellent location, conveniently situated near the freeway and a variety of restaurants, stores, and services. The staff was friendly and attentive, even coming to the entrance to assist my daughter, who has mobility challenges, in getting upstairs. Despite being fully booked and located near a concert venue, it remained quiet, making for a pleasant stay.

Had to get different microwave, that did work so that was good. Remote for tv was not working, and got a different one. That one worked one night, but stopped the next night. Staff, amenities. Cleanliness. All good. Could improve condition of equipment in room. Thank you.
