Upon checking in, I received the WiFi password, but I was unable to connect. I called the front office twice, about half an hour apart, and let the phone ring at least 50 times each time without receiving an answer. I spoke to the same desk manager at check-in and possibly the owner or manager the next morning at check-out to express my concerns. The owner/manager suggested I should have called, but I explained that I had already done so. He assured me they would improve their service.

I experienced a minor emergency and arrived late, but the staff was accommodating and allowed me to check in and stay a bit beyond the usual checkout time until my ride came. I would highly recommend this place for their excellent service and friendly people.
