I was expecting a refrigerator and microwave but they were not in my room. I had !40 of refrigerated foods I needed to find a solution for. Thankfully, the front desk operator allowed me to use the refrigerator in the employee break room. However, it was quite inconvenient, running up and down the elevator several times to retrieve and replace the items I had stored there over my 2-day stay.

The front desk manager is wonderful. We had an incident of another person coming up to our car and looking all inside at us and our belongings. We very uncomfortable but the manager handled it quickly. They are employees here!! My kids and I feel safe.
