The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were efficient and very friendly. I received a complimentary bottle of water at check in which was nice. The room was incredibly clean! They really bleach the sheets, lol. The property was surprisingly quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. Taking away one star for small repairs needed in the room (loose towel/toilet paper bars and loose fan vent). All over it was a good value and I will stay again.
My brother required an easy access room with a handicap set up. There was plenty of room and it as equipped with handles and 2 shower seats in the walk in shower. It was perfect for his needs. We are not picky so it was rather nice to have exactly what we needed. The cleaning staff was super nice to us and the folks up front were also really nice.
