Door on microwave came off in our hand when we tried to open it. The desk clerk was informed and said they would repair/replace it.

Refrigerator wasn't working, but when front desk was notified they exchanged it for one that was working. Was fixed in about 15 minutes I don't know about improvements. We love the Ontario Motel 6 We go to Ontario 3 times a year and always stay at the Motel6ont because it's clean and quiet plus the staff is so friendly and we feel safe there.
