Quiet, close to Pittsburgh museums and activities, gas station and restaurants across the street, staff very helpful and friendly

I had a fine experience overall, but the first room we entered could have used a little more attention. The bed was unmade, and the bathroom wasn't as clean as I had hoped. They quickly accommodated us with a new room, which was much better.
