The A/C Unit was extremely hard to turn on and the constant fan option did not work. It was a great place to get comfortable. The only 2 things I can think of is fix the A/C unit in the room and pay attention to the guest requests. I had requested to be away from the elevator and got placed diagonal from it (I saw on the screen there were other open rooms). The elevator ding throughout the night(s) plus the sounds of the trains made it a rough sleep.
Front desk gentleman was amazing... such a nice guy.. Bit more attention to detail when cleaning the rooms.. had crumbs on our comforter and hairs on bath tub There are no do not disturb signs available so while we were gone for the day housekeeping came in and replaced our towels and accidently took our daughters.swim bottoms .. of course they weren't found and Noone claimed to have done it so we r out the newly spent 40.
