The woman by the name of Alex at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She always had a friendly smile and even if she didnt have the answer she was more than happy to help resolve the matter. I did get some flack from one other ffemale employe but she made up for the inconvience.

Mattresses side when you are sitting in bed. A couple of roaches. Better mattress would be nice. TV channel guide doesn't list the correct channel numbers. Internet went off several times.
