Ms. Alma and Ms Jenn are the two best employees / front deck. They have been very helpful and always have the right answers Ms Alma is very sweet and always as a welcoming smile.. I would highly recommend anybody here

This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Jacksonville, everyone is so nice and helpful. Nice quiet area and it’s clean I would definitely recommend!
