Studio 6 in Tempe was a great value - spacious room, convenient elevator, and the best price compared to similar motels/inns. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. One thing I may want the hotel to note is the room I stayed having a bit smell of smoking mixed with the odor neutralizing room spray. It is not avoidable if the previous guests smoked indoor. I was sensitive to smoke smell but it was just too late for me to request for a new room.
I want to express my gratitude to Evelyn, the young receptionist who assisted us during our stay. Our room had a lingering smell of cigarettes, and when we brought it up at the front desk, she kindly offered to show us a newer model room to see if it suited us better. While good customer service is always valued, exceptional service like hers deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Evelyn, for your outstanding support and recommendation; you truly enhanced our experience!
