The office lady was super friendly when I checked in, my room was super clean and bright when I first entered and the best part about staying here is they are completely pet friendly without charging pet fees. It is directly across from the methadone clinic and there are some colorful characters walking around and through the property. But it is also right across from Everett Mall way so it's super convenient and accessible for all kinds of shopping and food.
Great stay. Coda was absolutely amazing—she went above and beyond with my room concerns and followed up as soon as she was able after her time off, which I really appreciated. Twyla was also incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful while sorting out my reservation issues. Connor helped get everything handled smoothly as well. Kimberly has also always been kind and welcoming whenever I’ve come in. Really grateful for the whole team for their care and support.
