The hotel is conveniently situated near downtown and offers a clean, spacious environment with all the essentials. However, the beds are smaller than those typically found in other hotels, and the bathroom toilet intermittently made a running noise during the night. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper and had to request more from the office. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning, though I would opt for a different room to avoid the toilet noise.
I frequently stay at this hotel, and the couple who manage it are consistently friendly. However, it can get somewhat noisy due to its proximity to The Stockyards. My main issue with this place is the significant fluctuation in prices from one day to the next. While I understand that hotel rates can increase slightly during events and holidays, this particular hotel can charge $60 more on one weekend compared to the previous one without any apparent reason.
