The value was the best. The front staff was very friendly, and they gave me a free upgrade without me asking anything, they said the room I booked was too small. I had a very comfortable bed, hot shower, clean room. I came late and staff were available immediately. Maybe part of the building needs painting, but not a big deal at all, for that price. And coffee in the morning, good, but not warm enough, at around 7:30 am.
My stay was during the I-5 closure for the major gas leak. The front desk had a long line and dealt with it perfectly. He kept everyone informed and got the checking done efficiently. The room had obviously been recently remodeled and was very clean and in perfect condition. Overall, you made an unplanned stay very pleasant. Great job!
