Martha was GREAT... but there is no elevator, and stairs are downright scary. We had asked for Accessible but none were left. Mattress felt like it was filled with large pasta al dente - I could count the springs. Room was super clean. I reserved a room by calling "Motel 6 in Yuma near me" and did not realize the search took me to Macrotech, some kind of booking system, and they added $11.90 to my bill for 'cancellation insurance', which with taxes and fees made my $81 hotel room come to $111.
Decent stay overall for the price. Martha provided great service and was very friendly, which made a positive difference. The room itself was okay and the beds were comfortable, but it was missing some basic amenities. It also didn’t look like the pictures at all, which was a bit disappointing. The building feels run down and could definitely use some TLC. On the plus side, the location is good and convenient.
