I made a reservation several weeks in advance to ensure a room without stairs due to my mobility challenges, but when I arrived, the only available rooms were located two flights up. Since I use a wheelchair 75% of the time because of chronic illnesses, this was quite inconvenient. Additionally, when we requested extra pillows, we were told someone would bring them, but we ended up waiting too long and were late to meet our family. On the bright side, the place was overall clean.
I had a wonderful short stay in a spacious, immaculate room that included all the necessary amenities, along with a washer and dryer available on my floor. The professional staff made my experience enjoyable, and I appreciated the convenience of online check-in and an easy check-out process. The hotel’s prime location near various restaurants and just a block away from bus transportation made it perfect for my downtown explorations. I definitely plan to return for my next trip.
