The front desk lady who checked me in was great. She was personable and made suggestions, very welcoming. Give her a raise! The shower handle/faucet could have been better. We could not turn the knob enough to shut the water off completely. We put all our strength into it, and it still ran. The room was mostly clean, but the floor had not been cleaned, or not well at least. Sheets looked clean but dingy.

PLEASE commend the outstanding and friendly staff at this location. I usually stay at your main competitor due to inconsiderate staffing I experienced on a couple of occasions, but the staff at Roswell were very helpful and friendly considering how booked they were! Will DEFINITELY stay there again!
