My stay was trouble-free, thanks to the friendly staff and housekeeping. The office manager, who I believe was in charge, provided excellent customer service and was incredibly kind to me and my grandchildren. I noticed she showed the same warmth towards other children and guests as well. Additionally, my dog Gizmo was warmly welcomed without any extra charges, and he received plenty of attention.

The coffee served with powdered cream is not a suitable breakfast option, and it doesn't even qualify as decent coffee; it would be much better to offer liquid milk or, even better, half-and-half. Additionally, the staff seemed somewhat indifferent.
