
I give the motel 6 2 stars and that's being generous and I tell you why I checked out 2 days early and the night manager assured me that I would get my refund/deposit for the two today's I had left after paying for a week I have yet to see that refund/deposit yet but I will be calling to see what the hold up is and see if I should follow the chain of command and call the corporate office and see if I get a legitimate answer.

I would rate Motel 6 two stars, which feels generous considering my experience. I checked out two days early, and the night manager promised that I would receive a refund for the unused nights after paying for a week. However, I have not yet seen that refund, so I plan to call and inquire about the delay. If necessary, I might escalate the issue to the corporate office to get a proper response.
