I frequently stay here on Fridays and Saturdays for work, and I've always been impressed by the service and cleanliness of the various rooms I've occupied. The staff is exceptionally polite, and when I accidentally left some valuables behind, they kindly stored them for me until I came back to collect them.

After a late flight, we checked in past midnight, and the gentleman at the office kindly allowed us to stay beyond the usual checkout time of 11 am while we waited for our ride home. This hotel is likely to become our preferred choice when traveling to Cleveland International.
