I had a great experience at this Motel 6, which is the best one I've ever visited. The room matched the pictures perfectly, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover it had a balcony as well. Everything was very clean, and all the appliances were functioning properly. The staff were friendly and courteous. However, the exterior of the building appeared a bit worn, and the parking lot was in poor condition. Additionally, I could hear street noise quite clearly in the room.
Ivvy provided excellent service during check-in, and while the exterior of the building appears quite rundown, the rooms are well-maintained and modern, indicating significant investment in renovations. I would consider staying here again if I find myself in the area. However, the poor outside appearance is a downside, and it was disappointing that the ice machine was out of order; it would have been a nice gesture if they had offered a $3 credit for a bag of ice.
