I just want to say it's not perfect but the staff especially Ed, Keelani ( hope I spelled it right) Channel and Fatima are the best people. I've ever met. They go above and beyond. I don't care what anyone says but my best experience ever

The overnight front desk guy went above and beyond to help us, we'd traveled from Memphis and had been desperately searching for a place and he saved us, checked multiple room options and made something work for us, very much appreciated
