In theory your pet-friendly policy is great. However, a couple of rooms over there were a couple of dogs, probably left alone in the room, which barked for about an hour in the late afternoon. Not sure if you could adjust your policy to say "no dogs in the room without their humans," but it's worth thinking about.

While Jiboom St has it's issues the motel has security gates controlled by your key card. The manager and front desk clerks are super friendly and professional; special shout out to Abby especially who has helped us every time. The rooms are clean and well lit with newer furniture and mattresses. They are constantly arriving for improvement.
