I like that it is an easy walk to downtown, and it has great views of the bridge and river! Some cosmetic updates could be made to the rooms, and maybe even change the direction of the bathroom doors (see room 302 for an example).

:( I knew there wasn't a pool open, but I see an amazing indoor pool on property. I guess the cost of upkeep isn't worth it?
