I don’t know how so. All of the service was wonderful and satisfactory. Tiffany the desk agent helped me out and was extremely friendly and kind. When I didn’t know how get service for WIFI she went above and beyond. All the staff have been friendly whether with a welcoming smile and Saying “good Morning” to normal “hello’s and good Evening’s “ from the other staff as well. I guess maybe a small continental breakfast would be nice
There was SUCH a strong smell of cigarette smoke! All along the long hallway, and perhaps it gets into rooms just by being SO strong in the hallways. REALLY strong smell of cigarette smoke! Put towels along bottom of room door, that seemed to help. PS: front desk person was really wonderful: attentive, receptive, patient, commendable!
