Terrific location for my needs (away from downtown and the airport where most hotels are); just off I-5 and quiet neighborhood. It wasn't busy and easy parking. Spacious room and good shower. Alas, there was a lot of noise on my 3rd floor around 11:30 PM -- doors banging many times and a small dog barking.
