I made a last-minute booking and was grateful for the accommodation of a very late check-in. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind, completing my check-in in under two minutes. The room was just right for what I needed. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, even in light of my less-than-stellar behavior, for which I apologize. However, I would have appreciated having a complimentary breakfast.
