The required $50 deposit should be refunded immediately upon checkout. (I asked the front desk staff to come look at the room upon checkout, but they said it would be reviewed when cleaned and wouldn’t look immediately) The credit still hasn’t hit my credit card, so I don’t know if I’ll have to contact the hotel to discuss. Although, the hotel charge is also still ‘pending’ on my credit card.
Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The staff are so accommodating, we appreciate so much the attention and assistance Ashley and Ondraiea provided with booking and extra night, they are very professional and try really hard to please and accommodate guests. I can't remember all of the staff names that were also great! Clean rooms and location was just wherever we needed yo be!
