Very helpful at the front desk and had our reservation from a week ago We got the room we wanted Yet we did not get our 3 extra pillows we needed But all in all a 5 star for all the help

The hotel was perfect for a one-night stay during the Stray Kids concert at Globe Life Field. Although the room felt a bit warm, there was no remote for the TV, and the bathroom had some condensation on the walls, it was generally clean and the check-in and check-out process was quick. Having Whataburger right next door was a nice bonus, especially after the concert.
