A few lightbulbs were missing, but that was it. I get that it's in a bad area and probably gets stolen from a lot, but the front desk lady was super nice and friendly.

I recently stayed in room 106 and it was a pleasant experience overall. I heard renovations are in progress, which is exciting! The shower could use a bit of adjustment as the handles felt a bit loose, but it didn't detract from my stay.
