the remote to the tv did not work but it wasnt a big problem I like that its always quiet so its a nice place to relax , the air is nice and cold . the cleaning could be improved . sometimes when I come its hair on the towels or table sometimes hair in the tub .but everyone is kind and friendly great place to visit
