The cost and friendly staff were appreciated. Very nice any check in and check out. Inside the room was secure and comfortable. Unfortunately you could hear noise inside room of people outside but they eventually got quiet and I could sleep better. maybe a better door seal would keep it quieter? Not sure. Also not nice people smoking outside their rooms would be better if they used a separate smoking area away from rooms or stairwells.
They keep it safe for families, I’ve been treated with care, if I ask for something I get it, the only thing is the tub was slow draining but it was literally fixed without me asking, maintenance came by and fix it promptly just coming by checking to make sure everything was working. We had a tea great stay. I appreciate and thank all the staff including the house keepers, so nice.
