Some of the other clientele. Rebecca at your front desk is EXCEPTIONAL, & a TRUE asset to your company. She was SUCH a delight, and honestly, we'd stay at your hotel again just because of her. Our room needed some repairs to the walls and fixtures, the toilet never stopped running, and the floors were filthy (CLEARLY baby been mopped in weeks). BUT, the positives of your free pet stay policy and Rebecca's kind and welcoming personality in your front desk area overshadowed any negatives.
The staff were excellent and very helpful. My key card kept deactivating. They warned me that if it was near a phone, other cards, or a key fob it would deactivate. I did my best, but it kept deactivating. The extra lock on my door was coming unscrewed. It was I didn't say anything. I would totally stay again.
