The Kingsport TN location had a very pleasant lady at the desk. My name was wrong on my reservation, but she was very pleasant and apologetic about my delay in checking in. With my confirmation number she was able to find my reservation.

Liked: very quiet complex, lots of trees, well kept plants and landscaping. Rooms are obviously newer than most other M6 properties, clean, quiet and comfortable. And of course, we're happy that our dogs love M6 too!!
