5-Star Review: Exceptional Service & Quick Resolution I stayed at Motel 6 a few weeks ago (on Brainerd Rd.) and had a minor issue with the heater in my room. I called down to the front desk and was promptly connected with the manager, James. He was professional, understanding, and wasted no time in addressing my concern. Within minutes, he sent up the maintenance manager named Angie, who was not only friendly but also extremely efficient. She quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, ensuring my room was warm and comfortable again. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the prompt attention to my needs. James and Angie went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Motel 6 for their outstanding service and commitment to guest satisfaction. I will definitely be returning in the future!
I have been living here with my sons for about 2 years. The staff is great especially our new General Manager James. James always makes sure that the guests and residents are great. James has come in during his brief 5 months with us and turned this hotel into a good place again. His customer service is top-notch. He is understanding but fair. He has a wonderful staff as well, especially Shanna and Shanice. These two ladies go over and beyond to make your experience, whether it is a brief stay or a long-term situation. They are always pleasant and kind. Kiana on 3rd is good as well she always has a smile on her face and is willing to help if needed.
