Internet was not working. The hotel manager did check and several,rooms weren’t connecting so he called a tech to fix it. We actually had a family emergency and had to leave within 3 hours of arriving. The hotel was spotlessly clean. we did have to go to the office tow get towels as there weren’t any bath towels. Turns out we didn’t use them since we had to leave. The hotel was very generous and gave us a full refund, no questions asked!
