I like the cleanliness of the room and the services you guys provide. But if it is possible, it would be better if you can provide some drinking water and disposable plates and utensils for 1 time as most of your customers may not residing there and may not know about the place to go for getting all this essentials.

In a very funny turn of events, instead of me as a guest taking a hotel towel - the cleaning staff accidentally took mine. LOL. Mine was white, but patterned and larger than the hotel towels. There didn't seem any point in trying to get it back, they were just doing their best.
