Came to Houston for vacation with the family during the summer. We really enjoyed staying here as the customer service was expertise and the property was definitely family-friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating as they helped with our requests to keep our rooms close together. All the front desk staff including night shift were all very welcoming. The cleaning staff were also very nice and kept our rooms fresh. There is a gazebo area and a pool that offered our family a place to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean throughout. I work remotely so having great WiFi was a plus ! I'm an early bird and having complimentary freshly brewed hot coffee in the morning really hit the spot!
I recently stayed at this property and want to commend the exceptional service provided by Marie. Throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. On my first day, I noticed a few issues with my room, and Marie immediately took action to have them resolved. Later that night, I encountered another challenge as the neighbors in the next room were being excessively loud, making it difficult for me to concentrate. The next morning, I informed Marie, and she went out of her way to secure a different room for me right away. Marie’s proactive and thoughtful approach truly made my stay enjoyable. Thank you, Marie, for your outstanding service and dedication!
