Everything went great just the staff needs to be more patient and friendly
Came to Houston for vacation with the family during the summer. We really enjoyed staying here as the customer service was expertise and the property was definitely family-friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating as they helped with our requests to keep our rooms close together. All the front desk staff including night shift were all very welcoming. The cleaning staff were also very nice and kept our rooms fresh. There is a gazebo area and a pool that offered our family a place to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean throughout. I work remotely so having great WiFi was a plus ! I'm an early bird and having complimentary freshly brewed hot coffee in the morning really hit the spot!
