I liked that they offered a vending machine, the staff were all nice! I loved that they provided hot tea and hot chocolate. Someone at near midnight approached my daughter as she was coming back taking her dog potty , 2 men and asked to use her phone, said they were from Germany, had no phone and wanted to book a room, she barely made it in room, another man was approaching her. So more security would be helpful. I love the location as well! Our favorite place to stay!!!!
My husband and I appreciate the friendliness and competence of the staff. Someone is always available, and they are all ready to help, answer questions, or provide an extra towel. The grounds are well kept, clean, and well lit at night. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only suggestion is to defrost the freezer compartment in the refrigerator a little more often, but other than that we have found everthing to work well (and the water pressure in the shower is strong).
