front staff didn't tell me anything about the room, where the ice machine was at. The only thing she told me was if I had any pets and check out time. When ask where the ice machine was at, all she responded was its out there. My question is like where? like out in the street or field lol. Perhaps great customer service is needed at Show Low, AZ locations

The gentleman that helped me was very personable and knowledgeable about the rooms. And he also taught me that I need to call the specific Motel 6 to ensure that I get a downstairs room as I have a disability.
