I like the way I'm not bothered. If I have an issue. I speak to the front desk and if the issue is unfixable. I'm given another room.. (Improvement) enforcing the scoop your dogs waste.. Alot of people just leave the mess.. It's a task I know,, but being held accountable is that my wife and myself always clean up after our little Chihuahua. We also have our cat hall
