I checked in the evening of 3/15. As I walked in, there was another irate customer giving the front desk staff a hard time about something that was out of his control. The gentleman behind the desk handled this situation with calmness and professionalism, defused the irate customer by delivering a solution, and was able to provide me with excellent service also. I was extremely impressed by this gentleman on night shift, he is a huge asset to this company!
I’ve been staying here temporarily for the past two months, and I’m truly grateful. A special thank you to the general manager, Rey, and the staff—Juan, Peyton, Avi and Frankie the maintenance man. Their kindness, patience, and understanding have meant so much to me. I pray that God blesses each of them abundantly for the way they’ve extended grace and generosity.
