Just stayed for a week. Beds are comfy and we always felt secure. We just used uber to and from the park, 7 -10 dollars for a ride for a group of 5. Walked to Garden Walk one night to enjoy the food offered there. It was a short walk on well lit roads. When the rooms were clean, they were amazingly clean. For some odd reason, the first 4 days our room was cleaned and then the last 3, zero cleaning. No garbage pick up, no clean towels, nothing. My daughter was also staying and had similar experiences, one day she came back to only one bed made, the other left. Lol. It is definitely a budget hotel, but it was mostly clean and the beds were great. They recently added coffee makers in the room and each room has a great mini fridge. Needs more towel holders and the paint on the plastered walls is chipping badly. But all in all, a good cheap place to stay.
Can anyone tell me if this motel was known as the Hotel Ibis? 1986 Me and my father stayed in Anaheim at a hotel named "Ibis" It was so long ago I can't remember! But I knew it was by an interstate and it looks exactly like this place. It has a restaurant & lounge. I remember the manager of the bar was Persian, because he asked me if I was Persian too. I just had a great memory we stayed there for 3 days and I went to Disney world with a family I met at the hotel that had sons, and a daughter my age. I enjoyed swimming & going to Disneyland being with my dad,my father died in 1987 and I'm a lot older. Road trip from Louisiana to California. It was in 1986 so good thing we took that trip because I had not known he would be gone the next year.
