The front staff late night and Andrew specifically are great. My kids always look forward to coming because Andrew is always so kind to them and trades pins with them. The late night lady at the desk is really nice. The only complaint that I have is the front desk lady working in the AM (around 745am) on the day of check out 6/3/25. She is not very pleasant and this hasn't been the only time I have had this experience with her. Other than that the stay was great.
The floor in the restroom wasn't really clean and there was a dead cockroach on the floor and one crawling on the toilet seat . I wish there were 4 pillows instead of just three on the bed for medical reasons other than that everything was excellent everyone was tremendously friendly even the housekeeper couldn't ask for better and it was very close to Disneyland very convenient so I give it two ðŸ‘ðŸ‘.
