I think the rewards could be better, haven't had any rewards for any stays

I checked in late after a fun-filled day, and while the room had its quirks, like a slightly sticky floor and a quirky refrigerator that needed a bit of balancing, it was still a cozy space to unwind. I appreciated the staff's prompt assistance in getting me some extra towels and a blanket to make my stay more comfortable. The bathtub was a great alternative for hot water, and the room had a charming atmosphere despite the minor hiccups.
