The room was clean and well-stocked. For improvements, the room needs a refrigerator, microwave oven, and a luggage rack. We had to put our luggage on the floor. Our medicines that needed to be frozen was stored offsite. Likewise, our hot drinks couldn’t be reheated until we went to visit our family and use their microwave. The front desk person told me that only five rooms in the entire building had refrigerators and microwaves.

Air-conditioning was broken The one in Lenexa is awesome. I love that they have a laundry room.
