Not having staff leave door wide open with a pet inside. I was loading up car, came back to room and room door was wide open. Thankfully, I had put my pet in the pet carrier, otherwise she would have bolted from the room. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on door as well, so I don't know why staff would enter to clean room until AFTER we had vacated the room. Really unacceptable.

It was extremely clean. Staff was nice. LOVE that pets stay at no charge and was able to take my dog. Love no carpet in the room. Love having a fridge to store drinks. The thing I would change is smoking rooms were not as close to non smoking rooms, could smell the smoke from those rooms. Overall loved my stay and would stay again.
