
I didn’t have any hot water when I went to go take a shower in the morning. I was on a tight schedule so I couldn’t go to the front desk and complain and on top of that even when I went to go turn in my key card, there was nobody at the front desk, just a bucket Telling people to put their key cards in there and check out that way … What can be improved is putting running hot water

The front desk staff person Page was amazingly helpful, making recommendations on where to park, helping with the heater, etc. I have stayed at many 4 star hotels, and the staff could care less whether I was there or not. So Page was like a breath of fresh air, and made me feel so welcome. Only problem I had was the size of the towels, which I know is due to the price of the room.
