The phone in the any of the rooms I've stayed in over the last 4 t0 5 years has never worked. Not everyone has a cell phone, the office folks have always been helpful when requesting use of their office phone. But this is a safety issue in case their is an emergency.

I liked the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and tea. We used the laundry facilities as well.
