Had to stay here for FEMA with the hurricane and I have to say my five star is mainly because of the staff the staff is so kind and exceptionally amazing honestly very helpful never seems agitated. They’re not rude and I mean they go out of their way to make sure that we’re attended to and meanwhile it’s not a Gourmet hotel you know, but I would stay here again if I had to only because I know that if I need something it’s gonna be taken care of by. The staff joy helped me just now and she was so kind and warm and made sure that I was happy before I left so thank you so much Mrs. Joy.
5 stars for Cheyenne, Marjorie & Joy! They were the lights in a dark situation. The hiring manager is doing a great job. Let’s face it..everyone staying at this motel would prefer the Ritz-Carlton. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I am thankful it was affordable. If you are offered Room 250, be sure to ask if the issue has been resolved before booking. I hope the beautifully updated check in area is the beginning of rebuilding the reputation of this location.
