We were very satisfied with our stay, especially considering the reasonable price. The only issue I had was with housekeeping wanting to come into our room every day for inspections, which I found confusing. After a past experience where a housekeeper stole my prescription sunglasses at another hotel, I chose not to let them in this time. Instead, I simply requested items as needed. Overall, the room was clean and a great value, making it a positive experience.
The owners have revitalized the property with modern furnishings and fixtures, and the staff was friendly while the room remained clean. It was a basic room with all the necessities in a relatively quiet area. However, I found it challenging to adjust the shower water temperature, as it fluctuated between being too hot and too cold, but after some experimentation, I managed to find a comfortable setting.
